SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: AWPM Group Inc operates a text messaging program through GoHighLevel, our customer relationship and communications platform. The program sends service-related messages to customers and prospective customers who have explicitly opted in, including quote request confirmations and follow-up, site visit and service appointment scheduling and reminders, crew dispatch and arrival notifications, snow, ice and storm event dispatch notices for winter contract clients, after-hours and emergency response updates, service completion confirmations, account or billing notices, and replies to questions you send us by text.
2. How to Opt In: Consent is collected via the dedicated SMS consent checkbox on the quote request and contact forms on this website, in writing when you enter into a service or maintenance agreement with us, or when you send us a text message first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from AWPM Group Inc.
3. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
4. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@awpm.ca or call (416) 889-2976. Customer support is available during regular business hours; emergency service is available 24/7.
5. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your services and the time of year; winter contract clients may receive several messages during a single snow or ice event. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major Canadian wireless carriers, including Rogers, Bell, Telus, and Freedom Mobile, and most regional carriers.
8. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
9. Privacy Policy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the applicable rules of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), regarding the use of SMS communications.
General Terms
This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by AWPM Group Inc ("COMPANY," "we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to services available through the Site or from AWPM Group Inc.

Quotes & Services
Quote requests submitted through the Site are requests for an estimate only and do not create a binding agreement. Any work we carry out is governed by the written quote, service agreement or maintenance contract signed by you and AWPM Group Inc, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
Pricing, availability, scheduling and response times described on the Site are indicative and may vary with site conditions, weather and the scope of work agreed.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You
This Site and all the materials available on the Site are the property of AWPM Group Inc and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.
You may not use the Site or the materials available on the Site in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us.
